Doñana is located in the provinces of Cádiz, Huelva and Seville.
It includes the towns of Sanlúcar de Bda, Almonte, Hinojos, Lucena del Puerto, Moguer, Palos de La Frontera, Aznalcazar, Isla Mayor, Pilas, Puebla del Rio and Villamanrique de La Condesa.
The most important airport in the province of Cadiz is Jerez de la Frontera, located at 24 km from Sanlúcar de Barrameda and for Huelva, as it has none of its own, Seville airport is closest (96 km).
Jerez de la Frontera and Cadiz, have the most important railway stations, connected to the other important towns of the province, as well as Seville, Barcelona and Madrid.
The “Talgo” train goes to Barcelona or Madrid as does the AVE (high speed) from Seville.

To get to Sanlúcar by road, coming from Madrid, take the NIV or the Andalucian motorway to Seville or the NV to the same destination. From there you should take the E5 to Las Cabezas de San Juan, where you have to then take the E 471 that will take you to Sanlúcar. The distance from Sanlúcar to Madrid is 633km.
